PTO (Parent-Teacher-Organization) membership is open to all Brentwood parents, guardians, teachers, staff and residents within school boundaries. Meetings are generally held the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Brentwood library. The minutes are posted outside the office on the PTO board with a calendar of monthly events.
The PTO helps with the funding of many programs and activities at the school. A few examples are the Scholastic Reading Counts Program, our Primary Reading Tutor Program, Camp Reed for 6th grade students, Adventures in Art, and many other activities that benefit our students. Please plan on helping the PTO continue these programs by supporting our fund-raiser this spring. The PTO has also found more ways for parents and supporters of the school to help fund programs and receive school support items. For more information on how you can directly benefit the school by participating in these programs, click here. Brentwood PTO sponsors a "Dash for Cash" fund run that is held in the spring. The proceeds are used to supplement the curriculum and enhance the education of all students.
